I train by how I’m feeling and my type of training is different depending on what part of the season it is. I just have fun and train as much as possible!

Don’t get caught up on eating plans. Just eat healthy on a general basis and enjoy a treat if that’s what your body wants on any given day.

Worst injury:

So many torn tendons but I suppose the worst was when I tore both adductor brevis muscles off of my pelvis in 2008.
